We are building Sharn's drift trike. We are trying to build it quick enough so he can ride it. I enjoyed putting the pedal in. I had to screw it in and it was fun. Whare

I had to  help put the tyre on. I like using the screws. It is fun. I do this at home with the dirt bikes. Archie

 

Whare takes a subertising group. It was fun to play especially with Hemi and David because they are learning. Whare

It's challenging trying to get the design you want. I like designing the background and am thinking how to create a sea. William

It's hard to make the taniwha stand out: you have to use darks and lights and brighter colours. Braxton

I like blending with the pastels and etching my designs in. Sophie

I like doing the eyes. There are lots of different colours in eyes and you can make them scary. Frankie

Today we used chalk and counters to find fractions of sets. Olive says she likes it because we got to draw on the carpet! She discovered using times tables was the fastest way to do this.
